About Kristin
Kristin Campbell is an organization development consultant and leadership coach with over 18 years of experience in leadership positions for national, regional and local nonprofits. Kristin believes that organizational culture impacts everything and works with organizations and leaders to create alignment between their vision, values and strategy.
At the heart of KCC is a deep passion around seeing leaders and their teams forge authentic relationships built on Kindness, Clarity, and Courage. She is a skilled facilitator, trainer and speaker who is determined to make sure leaders have the hard conversations needed for moving organizational culture forward.
Kristin lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two children. When she’s not working with clients, she can be found sharing and dreaming about organizational culture and leadership on long hikes at @kcc.llc on Instagram. She travels regularly to meet clients exactly where they are.
